Lofty's IDX site is one of the deepest in the category. Jtek doesn't do IDX, by design. Most agents leave their IDX site where it is (Lofty, IDX Broker, dedicated vendor) and pipe leads into Jtek via webhook. Jtek runs the CRM, communications, and AI follow-up; the IDX site keeps doing what it's good at.
Most Lofty plans are 12-month contracts. Switching usually means waiting out the term or paying it down. Jtek is month-to-month: no contract, no buyout.
