Open the Import screen.
Click Contacts in the sidebar, then Import in the top-right area of the contacts list. This opens the CSV import flow.
.csv, not .xlsx.Upload your CSV.
Drag your CSV into the drop zone, or click to browse. Jtek scans the header row and file size instantly. You can load up to around 10,000 rows per upload. For bigger lists, split into batches.
Map your columns.
Match each CSV column to a Jtek contact field. Jtek auto-detects the obvious ones (Name, Phone, Email), so you just confirm. For custom columns like lead_source or budget, pick the matching Jtek field or choose Skip to ignore.
Tag & import.
Add a tag so you can find this batch later, like import-april-2026 or the source name. Then hit Import. Jtek runs duplicate detection automatically (by phone and email) and skips anything already in your CRM.
You'll see a progress bar and a summary when done: created, updated, skipped as duplicates, and any errors (usually bad phone formatting).
