Start from an event funnel template.
From the left sidebar, open Sites and switch to the Funnels tab. Click New Funnel and pick an event or registration template. It ships with a registration page and a thank-you page already wired together, so you're starting from a working flow instead of a blank canvas.
Edit your registration page.
Open the registration page in the builder and click any element to edit it inline. Set the event title, the date and time, a short description of what attendees will get, and the sign-up form fields: name, email, and phone, so you can reach registrants by both email and text before the event.
Tag everyone who registers.
Decide on a clear, event-specific tag like June Webinar and apply it to everyone who submits the registration form. In this walkthrough the reminder workflow adds that tag the moment a registration comes in, so it doubles as a clean list of attendees to follow up with afterward.
Automate the reminders.
In Automation, build a workflow that starts when the registration form is submitted, then add the June Webinar tag as its first action. Send a confirmation right away, then drop in Wait steps to fire a day-before reminder and an hour-before nudge. Mix SMS and email so the message lands no matter where they check.
Publish & share the link.
Hit Publish to push the funnel live, then copy the registration URL and share it everywhere: your email list, social bios, listing flyers, and open-house follow-ups. Every sign-up flows straight into your CRM and trips the reminder workflow automatically.
